Shipping policy

We work hard to ship your orders out promptly within our estimated processing time window. Items like stickers and bookmarks can take 3-5 business days to make, while apparel currently has longer lead times and could take anywhere from 3-5 weeks. We do try to make orders as quickly as possible and aim to have them fulfilled on the faster end of that range as much as possible!

Once shipped, we aren't responsible for delays in the shipping and delivery timeline as these are beyond our control and fall under the scope of the carrier.

If your package is lost in the mail or marked as "Delivered" but it's not at your door, please contact USPS for assistance and file a Lost Mail Claim if needed. Unfortunately, we're unable to track down any packages ourselves once they are dropped off with USPS.
