There are so many different models, and we know it can be confusing to find exactly which one you have. Follow the steps below to ensure you select the right Kindle size!

On your device, go to Settings --> Device Options --> Device Info. This will give you the information you need to select the right model!

We currently offer cases in the following sizes:
• Kindle Paperwhite 12th Generation / Kindle Colorsoft | 7" Display
• Kindle Paperwhite 11th Generation | 6.8" Display

We currently offer Kindle inserts in the above sizes as well as:
• Kindle 11th Generation (aka Kindle Basic) | 6" Display

Let us know if there's a device or model you'd like to see us carry, and we'll work on adding it to our shop if enough interest is there!

Short answer: This depends on the product!

Long answer: For items like bookmarks, stickers and kindle inserts, the processing time is currently 3-5 business days. Apparel takes a little longer due to ordering your selected size and color plus the additional time it takes to come in and then embroider. Right now, the processing time for apparel is up to 3-4 weeks. If you order items from different categories, you can expect the longer processing time since everything will ship out together. I hope to speed this up in the future, but it's a one-woman show over here, and we appreciate your patience and excitement to receive your order!

As a small business selling made-to-order items, we unfortunately are not accepting returns, exchanges or cancellations at this time. Please make sure you're reviewing your selections and sizing carefully before ordering!

We work hard to ship your orders out promptly within our estimated processing time windows. Once shipped, we aren't responsible for delays in the shipping and delivery timeline as these are beyond our control and fall under the scope of the carrier.

If your package is lost in the mail or marked as "Delivered" but it's not at your door, please contact USPS for assistance and file a Lost Mail Claim if needed. Unfortunately, we're unable to track down any packages ourselves once they are dropped off with USPS.
